I AM LEAVING FOR VIC TODAY!!!! How freaking excited am I??
The fact that I am one of the lucky ones today who gets to participate in the epic "airport scene" is just fabulous. I don't use the word fabulous very often unless I can do justice to the word. Yes my friends, today will be a fabulous day. I fully intend to perform this scene in all its glory, even if that means people will stare. I just want attention.
I have recognized a random, but intersesting fact in the last 12 hours: My closet is array with the beautiful color brown. I came across this piece of information while I was gathering my favorite outfits to take with me. Almost every outfit incorporates brown in some way. This strikes me as interesting because of this: I used to despise the color, more than mushrooms even. Right now, and for quite some time, I have hated (strong word, maybe a bit too strong, but oh well) the color purple. I can only hope that in five years time I don't realize, while packing for some wild and exotic trip, that my wardrobe has been plagued by this unfortunate color. If so, I welcome any form of violence to knock some sense into me.
I am going to have to conclude. It seems this has been the most exciting thing to happen to me since my last blog. Oh dear.
Let's hope this weekend is filled with adventures and excitement to provide entertainment to me, and you, when I return. Although I will likely be pissed off and annoyed that I am back at work and my trip is over.
