life... as I know it

this week has been like a week from summer should be.

my boss insisted I work from home for the next while (fine with me!). I have to admit "work from home" calls for a lot less worky and a lot more tanny.

the hardest part of my day yesterday was pulling myself out of the hammock to go to physio. The part where my sister, my brother, his girlfriend and their two dogs chilled out in the river was also hard to endure.

today the hardest part was when my sister and I decided it was simply too hot to shop anymore down 17th ave. We are now on our way to the ice cream store and then to the river.

so, if you're wondering why my blog has not been updated as per usual it is because I have been working from home.. i.e. not working very hard at all.

tonight = Canada's next top model and so you think you can dance.
tomorrow = Victoria for a weekend of fun in the sun and some good quality hangovers.

i could get used to this..
