who knew?

Why do we drive on the right side of the road?

About a quarter of the world drives on the left, the countries that do are mostly old British colonies, but revolutionary France changed that. The reason was because Napoleon was left handed. His armies had to march on the right so he could keep his sword arm between him and any opponent. After that cars also drove on the right side.

Random piece of fact, shut up, I'm a bit hungover and not feeling too creative.

Go southpaws. Owow!

Oh sweet mother of hangovers...
I just wanted to add, Katie, that after seeing you kick it on the dance floor last night, you really don't need me. Brian on the other hand. YIKES! I haven't seen moves like that since I watched 'The Ringer'.

I heart people who are left handed. Because I am one. Left handed and red headed. I'm like some totally abnormal freak. Thanks, Mom and Dad.

I actually knew this trivia tidbit. I learned this while climbing 400 stairs to the base of the spire of the Salisbury Cathedral in England. This is also the reason that winding staircases wind in a certain direction - so that if you happen to be carrying a sword, your fighting arm won't be impeded by the wall. Brilliant.
