IV XX

It always makes me laugh every Wednesday as I leave Clearihue after my math class which ends at exactly 4:20. As most of you know Clearihue exits right next to the fountain at uvic. The fountain, at this time, is where you can be sure to find around 100 people in a circle smoking pot.

I know that 4:20 is known throughout the world as "the time" to smoke a j, but I wonder at how many other universities can you be sure to find that many people smoking in the afternoon? Not only are there a ton of people getting high but there is also a (old) dude with a mega-phone promoting whatever it is people who are that committed to weed want.

I just laugh, shake my head and think "only in victoria".. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.
