BLOGGING AND FACEBOOK..
It is March tomorrow. I cannot believe it. March already. The weeks are flying by and the last hump day of february is almost half over. Obviously, I have really slacked off in the blogging department - minimal effort for the past month at least. The rage of the blog is over for me it seems, and I'm also getting bored of facebook. One thing that continues to bother me is that all these random people (you may be one of them) can see into my world. In some ways that seems pretty cool. I can keep up with friends who live far away or stay in closer touch with those close by that I don't see all that often. By the same token that is really sad. If I don't care enough to keep in touch with people without the hand of facebook, it seems strange that I would drop a note on their wall and feel like I have, in some way, reconnected. Also, who knows what random person is looking at my photos and seeing what my life has become over the years.. It weirds me out.. But alas, I continue to blog (occasionally), and have my profile on facebook, it's the magnetic pull of the internet.. that must be it.

NEEDLES
Today, near the end of hump day, I have to go to the travel clinic for a "consulatation". Do they call it a "consultation" so you don't sit there stressing all day that you will be poked will various needles? How many needles can one really need for a 5 star, all-inclusive trip to Jamaica? Hopefully none, but I doubt it. I will take comfort in knowing that Brian will be right there with me and will need the same needles. Who will be the lesser wimp? Me? I think so..

JAMAICA
I am so, so, so looking forward to this trip. I get to spend time with my parents who will just have returned from a long trip to England and Africa. My sister, my brother and his lovely fiance, my other sister, who lives in England so I rarely get to see her and my ridiculously adorable niece Cara. Brian will be there which makes the trip 10x better.. who wants to go somewhere tropical and miss their boyfriend? A lot of Chantal's family will be there.. All in all, there will be 30 people in Jamaica for the wedding.. A week of tanning, exploring, eating, weddings, family.. ahhhh I'm so excited! We leave on April 15th - a week and a day after my 24th (let's not go there) birthday, 2 days after mine and Brian's one year anniversary and 4 days before my bro ties the knot..

VISITS FROM MY SESSY SISSY
Ces and her room mate, and also my good friend, Leah are coming to visit from March 31st to April 8th. FUN! They will be here for my birthday. One more thing I am really looking forward to!! My sister is freaking awesome.
