If someone could please explain to me all the hype behind this mess I'd appreciate it. Granted, the only time I have heard her perform was via satellite during the Grammy's due to her crack smoking/visa ordeal. When she won she looked like a complete idiot who had no idea how to emote what we call happiness. Kids look up to these celebrities. I personally don't think she should have been allowed to perform on a widely broadcasted show like the Grammy's. Sorry to hear you have a crack addiction, but clean yourself up and then perhaps you deserve the credit to be acknowledged for your music. Basically what this displays to the world is that it's okay to be a drug addict who dances around with no shirt on in the streets and that you can still be hugely popular and successful. Maybe I'm wrong, mis-informed or mis-educated but I think this is disgraceful.

As for Ms. Winehouse...I wholeheartedly agree with you. I'm completely confused by her popularity and by the industry's support of her antics. So bizarre.
Amy Winehouse is my idol. I look up to her in every way.
